Mayor Raymond Giacobbe and his administration are aware of Rahway residents’ concerns regarding mail service in the City, including mail that is not delivered, delivered to the wrong addresses, delayed, damaged, or delivered with signs of tampering. While mail service is a federal function under the United States Postal Service, it is a vital service to the residents and businesses in our community. As a result, these concerns are often voiced to the Mayor, who has shared them with our Congressman, Donald M. Payne, Jr.
